I believe SF want around 109000 for the transfer which is included in this price.
This has to be sold before the end of the month due to a move, so any sensible offer over the transfer fee could take it. Ideal for a retiree wanting a few years cheap golf. If none received, no problem, the membership gets binned on the way to the airport. Cheers.

My apologies, and thank you for your call. I have just spent 30minutes on the phone trying to arrange an appointment with Springfield to obtain information for our our agreed sale.
The transfer fee is 107,000 baht. However, to transfer the sale to your name we must go to Bangkok to do this at their head office ? (662) 2312244
Funnily enough, they did not need me to do this when I bought the membership 7 years ago, and were happy to take my 200,000 baht cash at Springfield, and have all the membership documents sent from Bangkok to SF by post/fax. Unfortunately, to sell or transfer a name on a membership, this is their policy, no matter how stupid that seems.
For the sake of about 25000 baht, I really cant be bothered traveling to and from Bangkok, with the high probability that a member of their staff ends up scratching their head and tells me perhaps I have forgotten a piece of paper, or tells me I have to come back the next day.
In fact I would now rather not give them any money at all, and they can kiss their 107,000bt goodbye.
