On the road again.

Post by dozer »

I have been recovering from shoulder reconstruction surgery and that has meant that for the last 6 months I have not been travelling, except for a couple of two-day trips to Malaysia and Myanmar.
It’s the longest uninterrupted time I have stayed in Thailand since 1999, it has been a good, even with the 3 times a week physiotherapy.
It’s made me rethink my retirement plan, which originally was planned for 2024, but now I think I might just bring that forward.
So I am off to The Oman for 7/10 days, then back for probably 2 weeks then, wherever……

Originally dislocated it in an accident, popped it back in came back home, had a CT scan and a MRI. Fractured femur and torn ligaments, five days later had the surgery, now I would say it's 95% and getting better.
