Need to get medical certificate for drivers license

And ideas where I can go to get a medical certificate for my DL? Is there something easier than going to the hospital? I don't have regular doctor here yet. Thanks for any information.

I got mine at the kiddies clinic opposite Soi 80

I believe that almost any clinic will issue you with the appropriate letter, so just find the nearest one to where you are staying and tell them what you want if for - I believe it's normally 100 baht.

Did mine in a place down the cutway opposite side of Phetkasem road to fish market. Place on right hand side. Quick colour blind test and not expensive but cannot remember exactly how much. Interesting that some place is advertising a service to get your licence sorted when it is not exactly difficult. Medical, letter from Imm and off to licence office to do the stuff. If you treat it as a chore it will be, think of it as an experience, be patient and then be surprised how quickly it all passes.

Coming along Phetkasem from the North just after the traffic lights (junction with Pala U road up to railway 'roundabout') there is a small road on the left approx 20m after the lights. Initially it is narrow then opens up after a few metres and on the right hand side there is a clinic. On google it is Hua Hin 55/1 alley. Only room to park a bike and I believe it opens from about 4pm onwards.

Thanks everyone. I just got my letter from the "Poly Clinic". I walked in and said "I need a letter for my drivers license". She asked me for my passport and asked me to have a seat. While I waited I wondered what sort of test they might perform on me to determine my ability to operate a motor vehicle. 5 minutes later she handed me a letter in Thai with my name and passport number filled in. That was it. 80 baht.
