Errr....maybe you should look at ''what visa to manage a beachwear shop'' thread.

and tbh most forgien owned restuarants in hua hin wouldn't want to pay any more then minimum as its a short high season.
When nosy expats ask how can i live here without working, i reply, 'well, while you worked hard for 50 years, i worked smart for 5 years' :D

Hi!
I don't see too much difficulties of have a falang employee, the 2/4 thais cost like ฿500/month each I think + ฿50.000*15% = ฿7.500 = +- ฿10k/Month

I've heard now they "really check" if the 2/4 thais are really working in the business.

I really don't care too much about high or low season, you only need xx customers everyday in your business to make it profitable, if you buy a bar and just open the door waiting for customers, good luck to you, maybe will work when is high season...

I can see everyday, falangs ding dong, come, buy a bar, 2 months later sell the bar... because they have no idea about business or bars, they only want a place to drink beers and socialize...

Some falangs come and gone from Europe 2-3 times a year, I can take care of the business or even the pets in his villa???, i don't know, I think somebody will be interested in some kind of deal.

My Student visa expires in february, I'm really lazy to renew another year, I know it will be the easiest way to stay another year in the country, but I prefer to find some part / full time job.

BTW: I can develop an ERP for your business here or in EU, POS, CRM, for Win or Mac, iPads, iPhones, etc...
