He's dissolved Parliament. He remains as caretaker PM. New elections on April 2nd.
Basically, there was growing dissatisfaction about him and his party, so he's played his trump card - let the people choose again.
The opposition havn't got much chance to get their act together, particularly in the rural areas, so I'm afraid my money's on another 4 years of "moon face".
