My requirements are:
1.Monthly rent 8,000 baht or less
2.I am a TRUE cable tv subscriber that requires a satellite dish to be attached to the exterior of the house.
3.Preferably close to downtown Bangkok
4.Preferably at least partially furnished
5.Quiet and clean neighborhood
6.Reliable water supply
7.High Speed Internet must be available
8.Vehicle Parking
I am just getting very tired of living in very tiny and problematic apartments and I have a Thai girlfriend that is for some(unknown to me) reason incapable of finding a TownHouse to rent.
I pay the rent every month and I have never missed even a single months rent payment.
