Shoe Repairs in Hua Hin

"This Shoe Repairer and repairer of many leather products and zips etc is on Riab Tang Fai road which runs outside the HH railway station. Come out of the station and turn left towards Soi70 Chomsin Road. Before you get to the new round-a-bout ( say 500mts from the station) the shop is about the last one on the left hand side. he has been there for very many years and is still there."

Most of these shops have now been closed or demolished.
Do you know if the shoe repair guy has moved to new premises?

From the petchkasem road go up the chomsin road, when you get to the rounabout turn left into prapokklao road. Do not go over the railway line.
Carry on for about 300 metres and in the little street on the left you will find him on the right hand side, normally you can't miss him.
He also has a sign on the pavement.

Thanks for the tip but definitely not 300m, more like 300 feet or less! Haha

It is in the upper Chatchai market area complex sandwiched between Sa Song and the Railway (Prapokklao) Road

I suspect that these are the guys who had their shop demolished circa 18 months ago, not far away that backed onto the railway

turn left immediately before the railway crossing,
then take the first turning on the left and the cobbler
is about ten meters along on the right. He repaired
my leather money-belt and my wife’s leather purse
perfectly.

Definitely not 100%!!

I took my shoe Friday afternoon

Was asked to return Saturday morning when it would be ready

I said OK but went Sunday afternoon after he confirmed he would be open all day Sunday

I turned up Sunday afternoon and he hadn't repaired it! He just forgotten. No system in place just disarray

Was told to return 30 minutes later..... and they still weren't quite ready

He might be good at repairing shoes but is very forgetful and a bit away with the fairies.

If you use him be sure to pin him down!!
