For the full package of all tv, movies etc it averages about 550 thb per month which I'm happy with. However, these latest issues are frustrating and maybe it's time to look at alternatives. Any other options to recommend?

I absolutely hate HDPrime, but having said that, when it's working it's pretty good. You'll probably just find its that time of the year again. The system seems to go through these problems for a few weeks each year. If you are happy with the system generally, I'd suggest waiting a few days before changing. They always seem to sort it, and usually give a credit for time lost.

You're probably right BB as it has happened before. But what's annoying is they promote a contact service but then don't respond to queries - 4 days now without a response. It's not great customer service....

I've always contacted them by mail and always get a quick response and a follow-up. I did try 'Telegram' but was a complete waste of time.
