How do Thai’s say my name, David?

Do they change up David or Dave much? Is it Day- vee?

Daywid for David, daywee for Davy, Dave would sound like dayb

As a fellow David, it often gets pronounced Davis :thumb:

As long as you aren't called Gary, the pronunciation of your name here won't cause too many problems. Met a couple of Gary's in Thailand who began to use their middle name instead.
