Thailand eVisa website problem

Well, I gave up in the end. Will go out of the country for a few days, so I don't need a Visa

I am trying to prepare early for applying for a Thai 60 day tourist Visa later this year! I need to submit “proof of accommodation in Thailand’ and so I assume I need to prove I own my condo. Has anybody done this? I have a file full of documents that I received when purchasing the condo, but they’re all in Thai. Would one of these be the one I need to submit?
