Helicopter in Khao Tao

I was doing my daily walk around the lake today, and what seemed to be a commercial helicopter was landing and taking off from the waste land behind the school. I witnessed 3 landings (from the opposite bank of the lake). I would guess 5 to 10 minutes apart.

Anybody know what was going on?

No idea but it flew over my house a little while ago. I didn't look as I assumed it was the usual army copter doing it's routine flight.

Definitely not the army chopper.

Possibly training out of Hua Hin airport. They often fly around Bo Fai and Smorphrong areas.

The flight training school had a couple of Robinson R-22 helicopters, but this was years ago when I last passed by. Would assume they are still around. Nereus would know, he used to fly those things before.
