No idea, I was jabbed in Sept. and the passport was issued in Oct. There is a six-digit number that follows that may be for use with Mor Phrom?

As I've suggested before, drive to Prachuap hospital - it takes a week to get one!

Given that there is no great need for the pass, it is no problem to wait. I have the blue one and the download from Mor Prom in the mean time.

Not sure if this is the correct thread for this but has anyone got any idea about how to change incorrect information on the vaccination certificate / Mor Phrom? Do I just go to the hospital where I was vaccinated or do I need to go to the Public Health Office? I’m guessing info can’t be changed online…)
My name, passport and vaccine details are all correct but I didn’t realise until now that the date of birth is completely wrong.

I had exactly the same issue. I had to take the certificate back to the hospital (Bangsaphan) and get them to correct the details in the system and issue a new one (took another week because there is only one person in the building that can sign it). Once this was done, I updated/reinstalled the Mor Phrom app and the corrected info appeared.

There's also the issue of getting a new Passport and the number on the vaccination certificate doesn't match any longer. Perhaps no one will look that closely, but if a big trip I guess you'll need to carry the expired passport with you as well.

Thanks for this! Same hospital for me. I’ll go and see them next time I’m in Bang Saphan

You get the feeling the hospital staff were half asleep when entering in details of foreigners.

You'll also need your expired passport to do anything that doesn't contain your new passport number.

I've found that the MOPH app, under "International Certificate" has a place to change your Passport number when you fill out the form applying for this certificate, which I assume is the Vaccine Passport. I don't know if this new info then migrates through the system changing your passport number on all entries. I can find no other place within the app to update personal information.

Free e-vaccine passports planned

https://www.bangkokpost.com/thailand/ge ... -the-cards

Thailand is planning to issue free e-vaccine passports for people going overseas.

The Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) said on Friday the electronic version of the Covid-19 certificate will be available for download on Mor Phrom application.

The launch date for the e-version of the vaccination certificate will be announced later, it added.

"Travellers should check whether the country they plan to enter accepts the electronic certificate," CCSA spokesman Taweesilp Visanuyothin said.

Thais can apply for the print edition of the certificate by registering in the app and they have to pay 50 baht for the book. They can make an online appointment in advance at four locations:

Bang Rak Building on South Sathorn Road for the Disease Control Department
Bamrasnaradura Infectious Diseases Institute
Urban Institute for Disease Prevention and Control
International Communicable Disease Control Office at Suvarnabhumi airport

Today I ttried again to register at Mor Prom with the 13no. ID, which I got from HH Hospital. It never worked before, but now it worked. It seems to be possible to get an International Certificate, but my problem is, that I get a new passport this month. I see that it is possible to enter the passport number when applying for the Certificate. So i will try if it works when I got my new passport.

Why not issue one certificate that covers international standards? It's redundant to have a domestic and international certificate.
