Concrete Statue

i am wanting someone to "make " a concrete ornamental statue looking like this, not the piano, just the figurine..
ive tried quite a few shops, who deal in this type of product to no avail.
any suggestions as to who might be able to ..

further research and other forums have suggested a sculptor would be an avenue to pursue
