If the chefs are worth their wages, they know precisely what they are doing, and shouldn't need to be told.
I have yet to find a resturant in that class that has a "chef"!
May you be in heaven half an hour before the devil know`s you`re dead!

Don't worry. The prices will increase when minimum wage goes up and primary customer base has more to spend. This will work for a short period until meat prices go up again.

It's an odd choice for restaurants - I use to go to Happy Coffee in 102 for a decent breakfast, authentic everything and better sausages than most. Then about 6-9 months ago out of the blue I sat down, dribbling a bit at what was coming and the waitress plonked down the breakfast with those disgusting synthetic tasteless small american hot dog things !! Whooooaaaaaa whats this I enquired? I should add at this point the English breakfast on the menu still had the pukka sausages in the picture. Oh the manager said the sausages supplier has put his prices up and he doesn't want his customers to pay more or to pay to alter the menu !! Perhaps you should let the customer decide then because not only has he lost this sale (I sent it back) but a customer that came in 3-4 times a month.
