Dr Panapong sorted out my bladder cancer a few years ago. He has an office opposite Nannys on Soi 84.

Try the clinic at BeWell.

They have a session once a month with a visiting urologist from Bangkok.

He solved my problem (bladder stones) very efficiently.

FWIW... it's Panupong

I've seen this guy at Bangkok Hospital(he kept me waiting over an hour - it wasn't even busy-I complained directly to him, he was genuinely shocked!)

Also seen him at HH hospital to get approval for an MRI. Grumpy little so and so. Perhaps he remembered I had complained! ImageImage

However, I've never had any surgery or treatment from him just a consultation.

Good to hear he can do the job tho

Well that's bloody brilliant news, glad to hear it!

Would you care to expand just a little as to how he saved your life?

It obviously depends exactly what the plumbing problem is, but I had a hernia operation and treatment for enlarged prostate sorted out by a Dr Wittaya in Petchaburi - I believe he is recognised as one of the foremost Urologists in the area although not in Hua Hin. His clinic is here tel 089 775 9121 https://maps.app.goo.gl/y6NP8eftgPLpnNFZ7?g_st=ic
although my operation was done at the nearby Petcharat hospital.

I had some blood tests done while in Bangkok.
My PSA was a bit high (above 4), but normal for my age according to Google. So, I decided to visit Dr Panupong at his Soi 88 clinic for a finger test.
Apparently, prostate felt normal, but advised to check PSA again in a few months. If more elevated, he suggested an MRI at Bangkok Hospital or HHH. Fair enough.

I see that the window to his clinic has “AndroUrology” in bold letters, plus mention of “Prostate” and “Hormone Replacement Therapy” and a few other things.
We did not get into that topic, as my Testosterone level was normal.
First time I’ve seen any mention of TRT in Hua Hin.
In demand in Pattaya, with several clinics offering monthly performance shots.
BTW his website says Fridays ‘9 till 4’. The real hours are 10.30 am to 2 pm.

I think the Pattaya bars also offer monthly performance shots! :naughty:

For some time now been woken more often at night needing to pee. I realise this happen with age (56yo) but still want it looked into. Could be BPH or something like that?
Anyway, just done my medical check up at HH Hospital, good to say my PSA is normal at 2.3.
So was advised to see the Urologist, about a 3 month waiting list there.
Instead I will go to Bewell to see Dr Isares when he comes down here this month, he sound like a good guy.

Dr Wittaya in Petchaburi
[/quote]

Based on recommendations from this board, I went to see Dr Wittaya but was not especially impressed. His wife charges outrageous prices in the dispensary and he quoted me 10k for a scan at the local
hospital.

I would definitely try the other options mentioned in HH before I struggled all the way back to PB.
