AFAIK the best guy is in the clinic directly opposite HHH. In the block of clinics, his is on the left, beside the field. He works between HHH and BH + plus does time in Bangkok itself. His clinic opens at 5pm each evening. He is currently sorting my son's ACL, TCL and Meniscus. He will give you a choice of hospitals for your op, if required. I don't believe you'll find better in Hua Hin, and he isn't IMHO expensive at his clinic (see him in a hospital, and it might cost you an arm and a leg).

[Edit] He has helped Mrs BB in the past as well.

I am taking the liberty to answer as my husband went there a while back, he had spine disc problem. The doctor refered him to a specialist in Bangkok who was very efficient.

It is Doctor Suthat
27, 90 Phet Kasem Rd, Hua Hin, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan 77110
☎️ 082 723 9100
Not sure about consultation times which might have changed to what is shown on the photo. Better phone to be sure, because if you look on Google map it shows a different timetable.

Yes, that's the place, and my son is fairly sure that is his name.
