Although the somtam looks as deadly as always. I think the recipe was a toned down chilli one :o

I just came back from Hua Hin. Along one of the streets near the night market I passed by a shop with a sign out front advertising Thai cooking classes. You spend the day and they take you to a thai market to shop and then back to the place where they show you how to prepare the dishes they are teaching for the day. I forget the exact price, but it was under 2000 baht as I recall.
