Chumphon accommodation

Post by buksida »

Thinking of spending a week down in and around Chumphon next month, check out some beaches, get a few dives in, kick back and so forth.

Last time we went we stayed in the Chumphon Cabana and was not impressed by their overall attitude and level of service or lack of it.

Does anyone know of any other half decent places to stay down that way with a pool and the usual facilities?

Don't know whether this will help, but we stayed at The Chumpon Palace Hotel a year or so ago.
It's in the middle of town. Can't remember whether they had a pool, but the place was very friendly and about 600 per night.
