One for Victoria

Post by Farang »

'
One staggers off the Satukarn southwards the Phetskasem Road on the Tessabahn side of the
road with some extremely disreputable friends. With scant advance warning about 127 paces
from Tessabahn One finds on One’s right a British eatery called Victoria. Feeling quite peckish
One and One’s lowlife friends sit down to order Chef Salad, Cheeseburger and a Club sandwich.
One and One’s retinue then proceed to imbibe of the liquids brewed.

The food appareth. One and One’s coven cackle in glee.

One is much amused to relate to both readers that the food is really good. It is Real Man’s
nourishment. Solid, and straightforward, no frills, no bells, no whistles, just large portions of well-made,
delicious chow. While bacon cheeseburger at 120 baht be not cheap, it be damned well worth it.
One of the largest beef patties ever seen and very generous helping of cottage fries. Both the
club sandwich and the salad were very well appointed and quite delicious. Treat yourself, go there!

One will be soon seen in Victoria to break One’s fast and to see if the worthiest breakfast in HH is offered here.

I'd much rather go to a place like that for a burger than McDonalds. I think if you look at their largest burger and a large order of fries, you're not that far away from 120 Baht, perhaps even higher. Pete
