Cha Am restaurants

Post by darwinian »

Cha Am has fewer restaurants than Hua hin and the range of cuisines is smaller but I thing the Cha Am seafood plaves are better and cheaper in Cha Am.
My favourite for seafood is Medsai.
Aroy is I think the best for Thai food and obviously Crawfords wins hands down for Farang food.
What do others think?

I have always been disappointed by the sea food restaurants on the beach front in Cha Am, but I am there quite often and am willing to try some more, so where exactly should I look for some good Thai sea food.

There are some stunning eating places in Cha Am area. Sure the beach area is full of average adn below average places that cater to tourists.

Look outsinde of the main Cha Am area, explore the small roads, and some of the neighbouring beaches.

Find the small and wonderful restaurants where only the Thaia goes. There are truely some wonderful places.

Oh..... when you've found them..... don't tell anyone!
Only the crumbliest, flakiest Winkie....
