Ring of fire...

Post by Randy Cornhole »

I hear people on these forums mention such horrors as - The Glasgow or The Manchester, even sometimes The Birmingham. I have heard tell of these mystic far away lands, where the skys are always black and the food poisen'd by wizzened dwarfs in beige cloaks.. But have many of those on this forum who dare speak of such places, actually traversed the rancid tundra, seen the barron death lands, and returned to speak of such depravities? I think not my friend.
I'll wager not since the doomed 'Lenny Henry' expedition of 1982. Where sadly David Frost and Frank Williams were found half naked and suffering from acute unemployment, has a team been sent north to the badlands. It's too risky a venture to attempt without a full squad of armed social workers.
If the socialy deprived masses ever send their fabled 'crusade of smells' south to attack castle bright skys and all the beautiful people inside, we will set fire to the ring of Eternal Goodness and drive back the vile hoards! Yes fear not for we have such a ring in place. Built by the elders under the supervision of master builder, the late great Sir Margret Beckett, back in the days when no one dare gaze north for fear of seeing actual social depravity, it holds 90,000,000 gallons of pure decadence, and once ignighted we will all be as safe as King Tony Blair set out to make us.
Where is this ring you so freely talk about I hear you ask, I'll tell you my friend - its called the M25....

Ohh Dear Randy...since going back to the UK your brain has turned into mince my friend..go North to find your true self....a deep fried mars bar is what you need...such cuisine cannot be found south of Glasgow...like Irn Bru...made from girders.....we breed them hard in the North....

When I first read the headline, I thought this was going to be another posting about Indian Curry.

My initial thoughts then moved on to that it would probably be better placed in the Bowel Movements - Firm, soft, sloppy or liquid? section. I was very disappointed when it was about the M25.

I was really hoping that we were returning to classic Randy. Can somebody get him a glass of Carpathian Bear milk?

Today a team of brylcreamed rapscallions will be allowed tempory access within the ring of oppulance to meet with a group of fine young hussars who go by the name of Chelski. They will, within the confines of the 'Sir Bruce Forsyth' stadium, hoof the ball of optimism around for 90 earth minuets. The blue team will then lift aloft the Cup of dreams and the visiting team will be egg'd and cabbaged back outside the ring of fire, where upon it will be re-ignighted. Thus leaving the badlanders to walk home across the barron waste lands to their life of doom and gloom....

On the contrary, I bow to the wisdom of RC - foreteller of truths in this land of unsmoked Cod!
