Driving Licence etc

Well I am now in Hua Hin and trying to get myself sorted. I would like to obtain a Thai Drivers Licence and would be grateful for advice on how to go about it.

I will also need to buy a car, and I as well buying locally or would I get a better deal elsewhere.

I'm sure there will be many more questions over the next few weeks.

Thanks, and I will soon try and put faces to names and find something to keep myself occupied.
