make sure you are dealing with the direct owner of the property ask to see blue book or land deed, middleman or agent will try to ask for as much money as possible, talk to business's close by. do your research.
Rent in HH is way over the top for farangs etc. the season only lasts approx 4 months.
do your homework first.!!!!
a lot of legitimate business will only ask for a small percentage of takings and only when you have seen accountants book, bank takings etc. then pay what you think is appropriate.
If you smell or suspect anything, walk away fast.

how many do you see change hands here, 3 months then gone.
