Furniture Store with great customer service!

Post by huahindolly »

We've been in the market for pool furniture, so we looked at all the usual suspects (Index, Beautiful World, HomePro, Asian Living, WOLF). Then we found a tiny store tucked back in Soi 41 called Indoor Outdoor Furniture Co. Ltd. We bought two pool recliners for 25% less than Asian Living was selling them for. After delivery, a bolt fell out of one and was rendered useless. They came the next day and REPLACED the recliner (they didn't even try to replace the bolt) with a smile. It is always nice to hear of good customer service, so I thought I'd share it.

(Compare this to HomePro that kept our defective vacuum cleaner for SIX weeks to repair; hey what about replace?)

We are furnishing our new 3 bed villa in March.
Any recommendations for reasonably priced furmiture?
We are thinking of using Index withe their 5% discount card.

If you want to furnish a house in one go at a reasonable price, give Winner a try. It’s just past Index on the other side of the road and looks a bit less flashy but they have a good range of furniture to suit any budget.

I am in the same position than Wilts except I will do it in May. According to most opinions, Winner seems to have a good ratio price/quality.

What about TV and DVD player ?

I'm looking for a flat LCD screen and a DVD player able to play not only DVDs or VCDs but Divx as well.
