I'm moving this topic to 'Ask the Expats', OP. Have also deleted the other identical thread in 'Feeding Time'. As this is a small forum, you'll find that posting a question in just one place is sufficient to get it noticed. :)

Welcome to HHAD, by the way. :thumb:

May pay to walk into one of the 4/5 star hotels around town and ask where they get the guests dry cleaning done. Have seen plenty of laundry's but cannot remember seeing dry cleaners.
Only other place maybe in the Market Village (may be worth a look)

Heading North on the L.H.S. about 50 - 100m before the main traffic lights.

Used them for years and OK

Put it this way

When I've needed the old whistle & flute done and Mrs. T wanted her party dress freshened up - they've served us well.

Also did some velvet cushion covers a while back.

Cashmere? - up to yoooooooooooo

Would you mind explaining a bit more on the location of the shop?

Took my clothes to Terry's dry cleaners on Saturday. They were ready today, but I didn't pick them up yet. Prices: suit jacket and skirt, each 80 baht. Say what? They'd be about 500 baht for both pieces in Hawaii.

It is located S. of the police station, on the ocean side of Petchkasem. It even says "dry cleaning" in English on the sign at 2nd floor level.

I won't be taking my dry cleaning to Hawaii in future. The pineapples are more expensive as well.

OK

So there must be THREE dry cleaners in the same vicinity!!!!!!

1) MINE 8) - as stated before - about 50 - 100m before the town centre traffic lights on the LHS - very Thai dont know the name but never had a problem.

2) HHDs shop is NOT the same - MINE 8) is on the non ocean side of Petchkasem.

3) I've noticed a third shop - opposite Dr. Sumets clinic.
This dry cleaners has a sign in English (Dry Cleaning) and is about 300m before the lights.

So - we all can have clean clothese eh??????
