Renting A Condo In Cha-am

Post by drunkenmonkey »

Hi to everybody,

total newbie on this site so please go easy on me!

I'll be in Cha-am for three months later this year - July, August, September and want to rent a place there. The only 'must-have' is internet access for work.

Do any of you know places that are available at the moment? I have a friend who lives just outside Cha-am and will have a look at places on my behalf.

What is a good rental price for a one bedroom condo/apt? I have been told that 10,000baht is the max to pay, is that a good guide?

If any of you can give me some idea's or even telephone numbers for my mate to ring i'd really appreciate it, get you a few beers when i arrive!

Thanks a bundle
Steve

Might do better by checking some of the property sites for HuaHin/Cha'am. . . this site doesn't want specific urls bandied about, but any search engine will come up with them. You can find clean & safe for under 10k baht, or can spend a lot more (20k baht not rare at all) depending on what you're looking for in the way of luxury etc etc. Good luck. :P
