If there is anyone out there who has any experieces of the Majestic Beach Resort, I´d love to hear about them.

I've not stayed at the Majestic and indeed others have asked about this resort before.
I have stayed at the Anantara though which is fairly close, but slightly further North - so I'm hoping that you will find that any info is better than none!
The resort is out of town, located next to the sandy beach and just to the North of the King's, Klai Klangwon Palace. There is no real selection of restaurants or nightlife nearby and, if you don't want to eat in the resort - or one of the other hotels / resorts locally, it will mean a trip (5 to 10 mins by taxi) into Hua Hin at about 80 - 100 Baht.
If anyone has first hand knowledge, I'm sure that they will post on this forum. Hopefully if either you or Tarzan (with his girlfriend) stay there, you will post a review when you get home.
