Domestic Helpers

Does anyone know the position regarding employment of foreign domestic
helpers in Thailand, in particular those with a strong command of English (e.g. from Philippines, Sri Lanka, Kenya)? Impossible?

Non Thai people coming to Thailand , can take up a job that a Thai can do.
There is a list somewhere maybe with immigration giving jobs that can not be taken . There are moor jobs that can not be done that can.
