Legal charges

Post by Don East Stand »

I'm looking for some information regarding legal charges in Thailand. If I use a lawyer to draw up a Last Will and Testament, organise insurance or whatever when should they be paid and how? :?

In the UK I would normally expect the work to be carried out and then pay upon satisfactory completion, however I understand it may be different in Thailand.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

The firm of lawyers I use in BKK charge after the work has been done....

haven't had a will done by them so cant put a cost in but 10K is a lot by our standards as a business user....
