quads, and bikes (mc)

I would not want to ride one in Pattaya, but would you say that it i8s

safer to ride in Hua Hin ? Also is it legal to ride a quad runner on the

street? Here in Indiana if you have one that is street legal, lights, tail lights

mirrors, you can get a plate to ride on the street.

A Canadian friend as a quad and he says that they cant be made legal for road use here. He uses it where he lives (quite a way from centre of HH) but never drives in town.
