He's refering to Coyotes, the little thai karoke bar above Stepz club. I've had a couple drinks in there before...a bit boring...more of a high end club for thai blokes. I think the poster added 1 too many zeros to that price. Usually in a place like that a good bottle costs you 1500, but includes a bunch of mixers, and a few birds hang out with you...
