XXL Kitchen

Post by Ulli »

Hey I'm new in this forum and also in Thailand.

I study in Bangkok and last Saturday I came to Hua Hin. At the night marked I got a flyer from XXL Kitchen where there are some coupons on it but also a challenge.
If you can eat their XXL Houseburger you can win 10000 THB + the Burger for free.
Sadly I already ate and on the next day I had to drive back to Bangkok. Next time I would like to try it out because I could use the money for my stay.

I just wanted to know if anyone here ever tried it and if it is possible to eat it. It also would be great if you can tell me what kind of food they have else.
Last Question. Where is Phetkasem Road (Hua Hin 10)? Would like to go there by motorcycle because the Tuk Tuk drivers always rip me off because they can see that I don't know the area.

Sorry many questions..... but would be great if you could help me

Thanks

showing the burger. i keep meaning to try it, will give it a go next week and report.
seems to be in the wrong part of town though.
Ulli- Phetkasem road is the main road through Hua Hin.
soi 10 is heading towards the airport on left hand side.
explode football pitch is in the same soi.

I've passed up soi 10 on my way to Imm quite a few times now by motorbike taxi and then generally walked back to Petchkasem where I'll get a songthaew back home.
I know the astroturf pitch and the railway but for life of me I can't remember seeing any shops/restaurants other then Thai places.
Are these places west of the canal road on soi 10?

Have a look here - that's one helluva burger. http://www.facebook.com/pages/XXL-Kitch ... 0730050360 The 10000 Baht prize will be squandered at the Hua Hin Hospital paying to get your stomach stitched together again !

I think it's the new building right on the corner of Soi 10 and Petchkasem.

Big Boy, you could have financed your surgery by eating this burger as one last fling before going under the knife! :D
