Why not just self insure. Put aside the money you would normally spend on medical premiums and use it to pay bills as the come. I'm interested in finding out more about the golf course/retirement community you mentioned south of Hua Hin. Any idea what the name of it is? Is it actually going up or are they just in the planning stage.
