Glad to hear there is a Som Tum school. Most of the papaya pop pop I have had rentently is somtum Thai not somtum Issan so it is missing the necessery ingredients like pickled crab and fermented fish. I am sure a proper school will correct this over sight.

Bought coverage from Bupa at the Obseverser office. Had some problems and ended in up in Bumragrad hospital in Bangkok. They made me pay 54,000 baht after a night and some tests. Bupa repaid me 47,000 baht. I thought that was fine
