Re: Thai officials believe 12 boys missing in cave are alive

Aussie 69. My question about sedation wasn't about who administered it or what aubstance was used and why. I wanted (want) to know why the Thai authorities first outright denied sedation was used then played it down to such an extent that it sounded like each boy was given 1 diazepam. I don't get w...

Re: History Challenge

True, not really historical. I read it and thought it interesting and thought of this thread (obviously without REALLY thinking about it!!). My bad!! It is glitter and has been used to solve, and convict, people of a crime. Damned, you could have held back the answer for a bit more. I think it fit ...

Re: Thai officials believe 12 boys missing in cave are alive

Can anyone explain what the Thai thinking could be behind the reluctance to admit the boys were sedated for the trip out? I really don't get it. If one or more had died then I would understand the reluctance somewhat... but heck they are all out and doing so much better than anyone could have hoped...

Re: RE: Re: AirAsia to fly KL to Hua Hin from May 18

Will not argue, but KLIA official departures show it left a few minutes before 10.00am,,,,,,,,,,,and arrived 22 minutes late into HHQ.I have a video of it landing taken from the opposite side of the terminal. FlightRadar24 screenshots of it departing KUL 10:41. They made up time in flight, plus the ...

Re: RE: Re: AirAsia to fly KL to Hua Hin from May 18

The airport parking lot was extremely busy, double decker bus, many mini vans, songthaw, and several cars.No idea what the number of passengers were who disembarked. Surprised though that an inaugural flight, after leaving KLIA on time was 20 minutes late touching down .It certainly can not be Air Traff...

It actually departed KUL 40 minutes late, and subsequently arrived late in HHQ.

What's the actual flying time on this route?
Depends a bit on just what aircraft that they use. But actual air time less than 2 hours.

I haven't shipped the items yet. On my initial visit to pack & send the service agent was new, so he couldn't tell me. I just thought I would ask this group for as many may have had personal experience.

Thanks for the replies.
