How is the water situation in apartment buildings in Hua Hin? I guess they do not have a water tank to get water delivery by truck or do they?

According to the IQAir Quality Report 2023 sadly the average PM2.5 in Hua Hin in 2023 was at Bangkok levels. So do not think the air in Hua Hin on average is better than in Bangkok any longer
