Re: Minivan, bus and road accidents

The building of these death traps was banned in Thailand in 2018. What miracle improvements have suddenly been made to these ageing vehicles to suddenly make them safe enough to travel on some of Thailand's most dangerous roads once again? Re: 'How To' - Requirements for visa extensions etc

Also, regarding tax, you won't be asked until next year's renewal if the video in the Tax thread is correct. What is CW? Are they doing home visits for retirement extensions? I've nothing to hide, but it seems to be creating an awfully big task for Immigration Officers. Do they have the resource. C...

Re: Start of the Jellyfish Season

Putting this here even though concerns Phuket at present. I've never seen what they're talking about at all, anywhere here, so I thought of interest. I imagine they could show up in the Gulf as well with warming waters and more storms. Venomous Blue Dragon sea slugs spotted on Phuket beach https://w...

The first time I've watched the All Blacks this season. They convincingly dismantled France today, makeing it 2 wins out of 3 so far in the series.

Re: Engineering and Technology Thread

Yes, very impressive, but I wonder about the reliability/cost of the tracks i.e. is all of the technology in the train, or does it require special tracks? If the tracks aren't special, and there's no contact with them, why use tracks at all? The + and - magnetic connection has to come from somewher...

I would think if Verstappen's father is offered the post, it's a way to lock young Verstappen into the team for years to come.

Re: Superbru/HHF - Premier League Prediction 2025-26

Oops, sorry Pete, I had no idea that was a consequence of 'pre-registering'. I was just mooching around on there and checked the league, and it said not yet registered, but that I could pre-register, so I did. I had no idea that resulted in a reminder being sent. Not a problem and appreciated as I ...

Re: Forum problem?

Yes, it appears to be BOTS flooding the server(s) causing the problem. Refresh the page or use "F5" if on a PC and that may help.

Personally I've had the problem a dozen times today and refresh has worked.

Re: VPN Recommendations and Discussion

You're not going to like it when you see the renewal price for NORD on a 2 year plan. I'm back with Express again for the next 2 years + free months, and they too have a crazy renewal fee after that. I think the key is to switch back and forth every 2 years to get the best deals. That is if you want...
