I have just returned from Hua Hin. It had been a year since my last visit and much was the same as before, but just as everyone had warned me, there is a lot of building going on and it did spoil my holiday a bit. Does this mean that there will not be any chicken or duck on the menu anywhere?

I was in Chiang Mai in Feb and missed out on some of my favourite food because there just wasn't anything feathered to be found.

Thankfully we are leaving the UK from Norwich, which is usually hassle free.
