Thank you. I cracked it. My Google account was linked to the UK and the HHSmart app is not available in the UK store. I had to change my country of residence for Google to Thailand, and then the app appeared in Play Store.

The QR code links to a YouTube clip of the new app. The app that appears not to exist.

But...having had our water paid on direct debit each month as usual, we now have our first bill under this new system. Does anyone know if the HHSmart app is available anywhere? I hope this isn't off at a tangent...but if I am staying in my own house (company name, with a blue book) on a tourist visa, do I need to do a TM30? And will I need one to get a 30 day extension?

My understanding was that China was funding the northern link (ie BKK to Lao). The southern link (HH and down to Singapore) is funded by Japan.
