BB, As you set your schedule for surgery and travel, take into consideration that post-op you may need to give yourself a little longer time for recovery prior to physically extending yourself with travel or moving of a household.

This is probably not a widely held view, but I prefer to have older, more experienced staff. I'd go for the older more experienced staffer almost every time. In Thailand - as most other countries - the young'uns rely more on scans and other equipment rather than past experiences to help in the diag...

Don't dismiss Siriraj Hospital too quickly. In the right hands, you will get superior care and low prices. You won't have English spoken much. Unless you go directly to see a specialist there, you'll sit for hours in admitting as StevePIraq found out.
