building inspection

hi,
i have been looking through the site to try and find if there are any building inspectors in hua hin but with no luck.
i am buying a house in hua hin,but live in australia and i can't get to hua hin to look at the house myself.
it is nearly finished and i have to pay some monies,but not happy to do so with not seeing it.
can anyone give me a name or phone number off anyone who does independant building inspections and reports? pm me and i would be gratefull

Can your developer or agent (or both) not supply you with relevant details by way of photographs and other communication media ? This is pretty standard procedure for every developer or agent that I have any dealings with .

Dil, it is all a bit late now. I would have thought that you should have had regular reports during the build from the agent if not the developer. It sounds as though you are about to make the final or penultimate payment, what will you do about any mistakes that may have been made?
HHAD has had regular advise posted on the best ways to buy a house in Hua Hin and due to the lack of proficient building inspectors in Hua Hin has always given the same advice, get regular updates from the agent so that you and the agent can make sure the build is as agreed in the contract. I really hope that you have been lucky and that you get what you ordered. Chok Dee.

i have been getting regular up dates and photo's,but what i want is an independant inspection and report from another party.
