What a weekend for Big Boy. First Plymouth beating Palace away and then going to the top of our own league. Well done, BB.

Thank you very much - its a first for me to reach the top. However, its a long way down

It was quite funny when I checked the league this evening - I saw BangSahan, I saw Pete, but I just kept looking further and further down the league for Big Boy - couldn't understand why so many had overtaken me after a reasonable score on Saturday.

It was my son who pointed out that I was top ................... my one week of fame?

Oh, and the Palace result was expected - where's Lindosfan when you need him :D
Championship Plymouth Argyle 1 - 2 Leeds Utd

Points 46; Position 23 RELEGATED

I'm still having trouble getting in to our mini league, but have succeeded this morning so I can see what all the fuss is about.
Congrats, BB.
Watch out for The Flying Dutchman though - Ajax Amsterdam - he's on an inside track at the moment!!

Early days yet BB, but somw great scoring by those at the top.

But all the hype about Villa made me change my banker game to 2-1. Bad, bad, bad. Never, ever, change a score!!!

The key is don't change it to the wrong score. I had Chelsea 3 Villa 0 then I studied the stats fort both teams for this season and made it 2 - 0 and stuck my banker on it. 60 points for one game. Arsenal let me down again which is why I put my insurance on them. West ham was a surprise with a blue boy at the helm as well. Looks like the start of West Ham's annual relegation struggle to me.

BTW I don't really want to twist the knife in West Ham's gaping septic wound but how are they going to find the 55 Million Pounds that Sheffield United claimed they lost as a result of West Ham fielding illegal players?

I've been real lucky so far with my banker and correct scores. 3 x 90 so far this season. Got it yesterday also with the Stoke-Portsmouth match. May the good luck continue! Pete

You do the crime, you pay the fine, no need moaning about it. At least they did not face loosing 30 points as Luton did, and who have now started the season basically relegated to the conference.

Hammers still managed to keep their place in the EPL and as it has now been found in Sheffield Utd's favour, no wonder they want a big money pay put from the Hampsters.

Perhaps if the Hampster's cannot pay the money they should be dropped to the Championship and Sheff Utd replace them in the EPL at the start of next season. Seems like a fair swap to me.

Pete, reason no matches this week is because of the World Cup Qualifying matches being played this weekend and next week.
Will all be back to normal next week

The very large luck element came into play against me yesterday. Whistletime goals by Arsenal and Manure lost me 90 points. I had spot on scores right up to the final minute and the banker on Manure. And then 3 no score draws. I avoid predicting draws generally and accept that when they happen I will lose points.

So a measly 30 points carries on for today and Monday. I can see a total of 10 points plus bonus this week.

Wow, I have a chance for a first century of the season. Then again, I could lose 20 points today.
