Exact date for Loy Krathong in Hua Hin

Hi everyone,
Like "squire" I´m interested in Loy Krathong here in Hua Hin but is not quite sure what date it is. I know it´s between 11-13 Nov but here in Hua Hin? Is there just one day of festivities, and if so - what day?

19 rai on soi 19, has a large festival normally, but yesterday large posters went up, no smoking, no drinking, so its not just us farangs who get some crazy rules thrown at us.

just because some teenagers say in a study poll that they like ses and drinking on the holidays, means all of us get punished. goodbye to even more tourists.
