League cup winners have automatic Uefa cup spot, but I think if Spurs lose they can only get in Uefa if FA Cup losers have already qualified via league position.
Also depends on number of teams we have in cos last season there was an extra team in due to England winning fair play league.

Basically I haven't a clue and am so confused I can't even spell spurts at the moment.
