People living in the Pak Nam Pran area beware of a so called builder named Khun Duck no joke nor is he he did my house took three months against three weeks estimate he stole equipment and broke tools all, this he thought funny when confronted added to he lousy tiling and not able to seal a roof this is a nightmare
