Try the main market (Chatchai) in town (just down from Tourist office and Satuskan square - on the East side). His shop fronts Phetkasem road and he often plays board game with motor cycle taxi blokes. Has yellow key sign. He is the Thai equiv. of Basil Fawlty.

Anyone know of a locksmith that can take on the job of changing all locks to full security deadlocks and window locks. The whole shabang?
