water leak

Hi, I am still having major problems with our water leak and now need to find a builder to bypass original water system or find where the water is going under ground, just need someone who has a brain and is capable of doing the work.. I need to make arragments to meet with someone when I am over next , which is 6th April Can anyone recommend who I can use..
