Punch Bag

Hi, im after a punchbag/kickbag. Does anyone know a place that sells them in hua hin. I dont want to buy one from a shopping mall sports shop as they are rip off prices.... can any give any advice..would be appreciated..or am i off to Bkk again??

A couple of years ago a friend of mine got one at a place north of Hua Hin on the main road, on the left heading north. I don't know if it is still there but they had the bags hanging up outside when we went there - it looked like they actually made them there. I would estimate that it was about 1-2 km past Palm Hills but don't hold me to that. If I am going that way in the next few days I will have a look to see if it is still there. An alternative might be to ask at the gym at Grand Sport, as they use them and may sell them as well, but I would imagine the first place would be cheaper. Before you ask, I can't remember the price.

I bought good quality branded names boxing gloves and kick pads for a friend from the boxing gym at the Grand Hotel - not sure about prices though you could ask. I believe the other boxing stadium near Poonsuk/Bintabaht also sell equipment.

If they do not have in stock they will probably get you one from Bkk so saving you the journey/hassle.

Il check those places out this week. Just had a friend give me a number for the grand gym and the guy there says he sells them.. so im going down there to see him..lets hope the price is right. he was a farang so i stand more chance
