Samroiyod School
I taught at that school until a few weeks ago. What I can tell you is this:
Good side: The pupils are a LOT better behaved & more respectful than those at the HH counterpart.
Bad Side: It is isolated & floods often.
Good side: Being a rural school, it is quiet, peaceful & surrounded by some beautiful scenery.
Bad side: Unless you live in Pranburi or closer, the journey is hellish, due to the extyremely irregular bus service. Don't easily believe it if the school promises to arrange transport -- 3 HH-based teachers have left since October!
Good side: By Thai standards, the facilities are fairly good.
Bad side: Access to computers by teachers is officially limited to lunchtime.
The school does have a full English programme, including maths, science & computers. The foreign staff is very limited, just 1 Welshman & a Filipino the last I heard, but the Thai teachers are much friendlier than at some local schools -- like the aforementioned HH School.
If you live near Samroiyod, it could be good. Otherwise, think twice.
