Does ant body know if the Tessa ban here in HH has a department who deals with Health and environmental issues such as nuisance neighbors?

Just asked the missus and she's not aware of anything at The Tessabahn. I have seen people call in the police for a quiet word with the offenders.
Do know your neighbour, though, as ill-will can escalate quickly anywhere in the world and that seems to have been the case with the poor farang in Cha-Am recently.

My wife reckons that the thing to do if you get into an argument with your neighbour is to register the fact with the police. You simply turn up and give your version of events. Then the police will ask the neighbour to give his and tell you both to cool down. The idea is that if anything happens to either one of you - the other is prime suspect and so violence is deterred!
I will broaden the scope a touch my neighbors are using the front garden as a meat storage and preparation area
is there any body in the food trade that knows the laws regarding storing fresh meat in the garden in ice boxes and preparation of meat out doors or more specifically in the garden of your home

This is always a subject that amazes me.
When a farang opens up any type of food outlet you will get a visit from local officials to make sure that all meat, vegatables, and anything else are all stored properly.
This also includes utensils, working area, and again a host of other things.
Yet we have all seen the street vendors selling food with cockroaches running around everywhere, and flies over the stored food.
Is this maybe double standards????
By the way i do still eat at some of these stalls but am a bit more choosy as to which ones.
